✨ Chiang Mai Night Market Lights Up Tha Phae & San Kamphaeng ✨

Two of Chiang Mai’s most beloved walking streets are getting a glowing new look 🌙. From 17 January to 1 March 2026, the Chiang Mai Night Market transforms Tha Phae and San Kamphaeng with dazzling light-art installations 💡, live music 🎶, local food 🍜, community shopping 🛍️, and free shuttle services 🚌 — all with free entry.

🎉 What’s the Buzz About?

Hosted by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the event refreshes Chiang Mai’s iconic walking streets under the themes “Tha Phae Remix Chiang Mai Remake” and “San Kamphaeng Remix Chiang Mai Remake.” The festival aims to boost early-year travel ✈️, support local communities 🤝, and energise Chiang Mai’s night-time economy 🌃, with expected tourism revenue of at least 186 million baht.

The event runs for six consecutive weeks from 17 January to 1 March 2026, daily from 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM.
